What should we build next?

Jobmington is small and moving fast, which means what we build next is genuinely open. Right now you can search jobs, build a CV, get it critiqued, take courses and earn certificates, and register for sessions like this month's webinar. What is missing that would actually change your week? Not a feature list - the thing you currently do in a spreadsheet, or by hand, or not at all because it is too tedious. Also worth saying: if something here is broken or annoying, this is the place. We would rather hear it than not.
