About the role

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager (Vietnam) remotely.
The role focuses on growing FP Markets in Vietnam by turning leads into active traders and building partnerships with local IBs, affiliates, and trading communities.
It involves leveraging social media channels, telegram trading communities, and other social spaces to acquire and engage clients.

Reporting to: Country Manager, Vietnam
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow the Vietnam market by converting leads into active clients and building strong, long-term business relationships with new and existing partners.
Actively hunt for trading professionals in all social and professional platforms/forums/communities with the aim of engaging them as clients/partners
Find the most effective/efficient local marketing channels to promote (in the most practical form) the company and its products
Assist in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other company partners and work closely with customer support to onboard new clients and provide an impeccable user experience to all clients
Work closely with marketing and back-office teams to prepare necessary sales/marketing content
Candidate profile:
Language: Vietnamese (fluent) and English
Fluency in Vietnamese is required, and strong English proficiency will be an added advantage
Strong preference will be given to candidates with regional working experience or a strong professional network within the FX/CFD trading industry in Vietnam/SEA
