Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal. This Full-Time Paralegal will know their state's nuances well and will be ready to join the firm to offer their knowledge.
A minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
PERSONAL INJURY experience
Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
Drafting Discovery Responses
Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
Calendaring litigation timelines
Conducting status update calls with clients
Client update calls
Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
Assist in trial preparation.
