Nomad Internet, a leading provider of internet services, is currently seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. This crucial role will focus on expanding our reach and driving sales through strategic affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing effective marketing strategies, managing relationships with affiliates, and ensuring the success of our affiliate program. Affiliate Recruitment and Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates.

Provide affiliates with resources and support for promotions.

2. Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies.

Analyze market trends to adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Integrate affiliate programs with broader marketing campaigns.

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and assess affiliate performance using key metrics.

Generate regular reports on the success of the affiliate program.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

4. Communication and Training:
Act as the primary contact for affiliates, resolving queries and concerns.

Train affiliates on the company’s services and marketing tools.

Organize educational initiatives to enhance affiliate marketing skills.

5. Compliance and Ethical Practices:
Ensure affiliate activities comply with legal standards.

Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and best practices.

Promote ethical marketing techniques among affiliates.

6. Budget and Contract Management:
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget.
Negotiate contracts and commission structures.

Evaluate the cost-effectiveness and adjust budgets as needed.

7. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for aligned objectives.

Work with legal teams for compliant affiliate agreements.

Liaise with customer service for any issues stemming from affiliate promotions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.

Prior work in an ISP or related industry is advantageous.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.

Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools.

Basic understanding of online marketing strategies and tools.

Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions.
