We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a background in vehicle finance technology and services to join our team as a Business Development Manager in select markets.

We specialize in business process outsourcing and licensed software solutions for banks, credit unions, and finance companies. Our technology empowers financial institutions to streamline loan processing and enhance operational efficiency.
This role supports the CRIF Select platform and serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing Account Managers to operate at a high level of performance, managing lender relationships, and driving market growth. This role combines sales leadership, coaching, strategic planning, and market analysis to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve high performance standards via team meetings, regular 1:1 coaching sessions, and ongoing business results reviews.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Ensure lender clients have documented strategy plans, support AMs in developing and executing strategy plans, evaluate performance against objectives, and overcome barriers to success.
Lender Relationship Management: Generate growth through the rollout of CRIF-integrated products, managing project timelines with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are met.
Market Expertise: Drive growth opportunities for lenders and their dealer networks through a consultative approach, serving as the market expert: understanding trends, opportunities, and risks.
CRM & Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly review CRM data to identify trends, objections, and opportunities, analyze reporting to uncover underlying performance drivers, coach AMs on improving sales conversations and overcoming objections.

Proven experience in business development, account management, or team leadership
Strong coaching and team development skills
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
Excellent time management, communication and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Ability to travel with team members and clients
