We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 10 million users across the region. At BJAK, Product Leads don't just build products—they define the direction of the business.
As a Product Lead, you'll own one or more strategic product areas, driving vision, strategy, and execution from concept to scale. Working closely with Engineering, AI, Design, and leadership, you'll solve complex customer problems, make high-impact product decisions, and shape products used by millions of users.
This role is for builders who thrive in ambiguity, think long-term, move fast, and raise the standard for product excellence.
Mission
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, identifying opportunities that drive customer value and long-term business growth.

Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products, partnering closely with Engineering, AI, and Design to transform complex technology into exceptional user experiences.

Use customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, make informed decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Align cross-functional teams around a shared vision, navigate technical and business trade-offs, and drive execution with speed and clarity.

Continuously improve product quality, execution, and decision-making while fostering a culture of ownership, simplicity, and high standards.

General CV
5+ years of Product Management experience building software products in a leading technology company, AI company, or high-growth fintech.

A proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering products that achieve measurable customer and business impact.

Strong technical judgment with the ability to partner closely with Engineering and navigate technical trade-offs.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and raise the standard for product excellence.
