Für unser Office in Verl im Kreis Gütersloh suchen wir ab September 2026 einen Social Media Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der mitdenken, mitgestalten und etwas bewegen will.

Aufgaben

Selbstständige Betreuung verschiedener Social Media Kanäle, zum Beispiel Instagram, LinkedIn und TikTok

Produktion von Social Content in Form von Texten, Fotos, Videos und Grafiken

Koordination der Contentproduktion in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden und dem Team

Planung und Umsetzung von Performance Marketing Kampagnen

Strategisches Enwickeln neuer Ideen und Redaktionspläne

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, o.Ä.

Wortgewandt und ausdrucksstark bei der Texterstellung in Deutsch, sowie sorgfältige Rechtschreibung

Hohe visuelle Kreativität bei der Erstellung von Grafiken, Storys, etc.

Aktiver Nutzer der gängigen Social Media Plattformen

Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Meta Ads und Google Ads
