Aufgaben

laufende Erfassung, Buchung und Bearbeitung aller lohnrelevanten Daten sowie die die Erstellung der Entgeltbescheinigungen

Pflege der personenbezogenen Stammdaten

Ansprechpartner/in in Fragen der Entgeltabrechnung

Erstellen von Meldungen an Behörden, Institutionen und Finanzämter

Qualifikation

abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss

sehr gute steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kenntnisse

mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil

gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift zwingend notwendig

sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung einer Lohnsoftware und der gängigen MS-Office Pakete
