Responsibilities
Write, test, and maintain clean and efficient PHP code
Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications and backend systems
Integrate third-party APIs and web services
Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to build and optimize queries
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members
Troubleshoot and debug existing codebases
Document technical and functional components of applications
Requirements
Solid understanding of PHP and basic programming principles
Familiarity with at least one PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony) is a plus
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development concepts
Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
Nice to Have
Experience with RESTful APIs
Basic understanding of MVC architecture
Exposure to CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal
Knowledge of security best practices in web development
