About the role

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Coordinator to support asset delivery workflows across client platforms. This role is essential for managing data integrity across tools such as Media Central, Quip, Airtable, and a large Excel-based tracker ("Mission Control"). You will help ensure timely, accurate updates to delivery logs, maintain consistent naming conventions, and coordinate asset readiness across teams. This is a tactical, execution-focused role suited for someone with strong data entry skills, Excel experience, and a meticulous eye for detail. Basic design experience using the program FIGMA is desirable for this role.
JOB DUTIES

Upload and cross-check asset URLs from iconik into Media Central.

Update client documents (e.g., Quip or Airtable) with accurate links.

Track deliveries in Excel Mission Control, ensuring consistency with Lucid folders.

Apply standardized naming conventions using tools or guides provided.

Enter and maintain copy and YouTube links for client content.

Coordinate and QC data across various tabs and sub-themes within Mission Control.

Liaise with PMs to resolve missing assets or naming errors.

Create duplicate Mission Control sheets for sub-teams or themes.

Communicate with stakeholders (e.g., Carat) to request or update line items.

Support data hygiene, dropdown functionality, and taxonomy within Excel sheets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
2+ year in a production support, coordination, trafficking, or admin role.

Advanced Excel skills, including filters, formulas, and data validation.

Ability to focus on detail-heavy tasks with minimal supervision.

Tech-savvy with an interest in process efficiency and documentation.

Eligible for a background check (required to access client systems).

Based in a location where shipping a client-issued Mac device is feasible.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage repetitive workflows while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Familiarity with platforms such as Quip, Airtable, Lucid, MS Excel, and similar data tools.

Knowledge of taxonomy or naming conventions for digital asset management and various media types.

Experience coordinating tasks with cross-functional and offshore teams.

Strong written communication skills and ability to escalate or clarify project needs.

Experience with metadata entry, tracking tools, and delivery systems.

Able to navigate dual-system setups (e.g., a Tag-issued and client-issued laptop).

Comfortable using Slack, O365 and other internal tools (training provided as needed).

Exposure to creative or production workflows (e.g., trafficking, QC, post-production).


The salary range for this position is $_____minimum - $____maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
