About the role

In this position, you take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Data and AI, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a data-driven advisor rather than just a process executor.

What you’ll be doing
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain
Partnering with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions
Providing market insights on talent availability, timelines and compensation
Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search and other tools
Conducting interviews and assessing both competencies and cultural fit
Managing the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end
Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes
Building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships
Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company externally
Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) – min. 3 years
Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search)
Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g. STAR method)
Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.)
Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
English at B2 level or higher
