About the role

About Nerdio
At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.
We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.
Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.
We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.
About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to help shape and build Nerdio’s internal AI Enablement Platform within R&D. This team will create software, systems, and experiences that enable employees across the company to adopt AI more deeply and use it to improve productivity in meaningful, measurable ways.
This is an IC role on the R&D team that will work directly with the CEO daily to define and build this platform. A key part of this role involves spending significant time with internal teams — both deeply understanding their workflows and helping them adopt and use agentic AI capabilities. As the initiative evolves, the role may continue to expand within this area or transition to other strategic R&D priorities based on business needs.
What you'll do
Product Strategy, Research & Innovation
Lead research-driven discovery across internal systems and product areas
Identify and validate new product concepts and automation opportunities
Balance near-term delivery with long-term vision
Translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses
Drive experimentation through prototypes and pilots
AI-Driven Product Development
Champion AI-assisted development across discovery, design, and delivery
Partner with engineering to deliver AI-powered capabilities such as:
Recommendations and insights
Workflow automation
Copilots and guided experiences
Ensure meaningful customer value and adoption
Enforce responsible AI practices (security, privacy, compliance)

Cross-Functional Leadership
Influence Engineering, Design, Architecture, GTM, and Support
Collaborate with internal and external innovation partners
Shape portfolio-level prioritization decisions
Represent product strategy in executive discussions
Internal Enablement & Training
Spend significant time with internal teams to deeply understand their day-to-day workflows
Act as both learner and teacher — absorb how teams work today and enable them to adopt AI capabilities
Design, deliver, and continuously improve training sessions and enablement programs for internal users
Develop clear, practical guides, reference materials, and documentation to support adoption across the organization
Communicate clearly and compellingly across diverse audiences and organizational levels
Execution & Outcomes
Own initiatives end-to-end (discovery → delivery → iteration)
Author PRDs, problem statements, and success metrics
Create UI mockups and iterate on ideas with customers
Define outcomes using OKRs, adoption, and customer impact
Maintain alignment across teams
Continuously refine backlog based on data and feedback
Qualifications
4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software
Extensive, hands-on experience using AI tools in your own day-to-day workflows is required and is the most critical qualification — you should be deeply familiar with agentic AI tools and frameworks, intensely curious about AI, and consistently keeping up with the latest developments in the field
Experience with Claude Code, Claude Design and Figma Make
