About the role

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are looking for a motivated Publisher Manager to for our client’s growing team and work closely with clients to drive success in their online marketing campaigns.
The Publisher Manager is responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and scaling relationships with company’s publisher partners. You will work directly with tech and sales teams to ensure proper XML/API integrations, maximize fill rates, optimize monetization setups, and expand our global publisher footprint. This is a role for a technically-savvy, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic performance marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Publisher Onboarding & Management
Recruit and onboard new publishers (direct & programmatic) into the EZmob exchange.

Ensure smooth integration via XML, API, or tag-based methods.

Maintain active relationships with top-tier supply partners.

Optimization & Monetization
Monitor performance metrics (fill rate, eCPM, RPM, CTR) to ensure monetization is optimized across all placements.

Troubleshoot revenue dips or delivery issues in real-time with internal dev teams.

Work closely with the advertiser team to map supply to converting demand sources.

Demand Integration
Collaborate with demand team to match premium demand sources to publisher inventory.

Work with XML / RTB / header bidding integrations to maximize supply value.

Technical & Strategic Oversight
Review and optimize traffic quality signals.

Oversee ad quality, compliance, and appropriate targeting by vertical and geo.

Use internal dashboards, AdKernel tech, and 3rd-party analytics tools to monitor performance.

Growth & Retention
Identify upsell or scale opportunities within existing publisher accounts.

Support reactivation campaigns for dormant or low-performing partners.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a Publisher Manager or Supply role at an ad network, SSP, or ad exchange.

Deep familiarity with XML feeds, RTB integrations, OpenRTB protocols, and monetization platforms.

Proven ability to manage publisher performance, revenue optimization, and technical onboarding.

Analytical skills with a strong grasp of eCPM, RPM, fill rate, viewability, and related metrics.

Comfort working with traffic verification tools (e.g., GeoEdge, AdScore) and resolving compliance issues.

Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal.

Bonus Skills:
Hands-on experience with AdKernel or similar ad-serving platforms.

Familiarity with monetizing mobile, desktop, and in-app traffic.

Experience working across push, pop, or in-page push formats.

SQL or BI tool proficiency for deeper performance analysis.
