About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team by keeping everything organized, accurate, and moving forward.
This is an execution-heavy, detail-driven role — you’re not selling, but you’re critical to making sales happen.
You’ll manage CRM data, coordinate meetings, prepare proposals, and ensure sales reps have everything they need to close deals.

What You’ll Own
CRM Management (Core Focus)
Maintain clean, accurate CRM data across:
Salesforce
HubSpot
Zoho CRM
Pipedrive
Update leads, contacts, and opportunities daily
Remove duplicates, fix missing fields, and maintain data hygiene
Ensure pipeline visibility is always accurate
Scheduling & Sales Coordination
Schedule calls, demos, and follow-ups across time zones
Use tools like:
Google Calendar
Outlook
Calendly
Ensure sales reps are fully prepared before every meeting
Coordinate internal prep sessions and follow-ups
Proposal & Document Support
Draft, format, and proofread:
Sales proposals
Quotes
Presentations
Support RFP/RFI responses using templates
Create polished materials using:
Google Slides
Microsoft PowerPoint
Canva
Reporting & Sales Metrics
Generate weekly/monthly reports:
Pipeline activity
Conversion rates
Sales KPIs
Maintain dashboards for leadership visibility
Ensure reporting is accurate and on time
Communication & Follow-Ups
Draft follow-up emails after meetings
Send reminders, thank-you notes, and next steps
Support inbound lead routing and initial responses
Cross-Team Coordination
Work with:
Marketing (lead flow & campaigns)
Finance (contracts & approvals)
Operations (order processing)
Track handoffs to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

CRM is always clean, structured, and reliable
Meetings are scheduled without friction or conflicts
Sales reps are fully prepared before every call
Reports are accurate and delivered on time
No delays in proposals, follow-ups, or communication

Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience
1–2 years in:
Sales support
Administrative roles
Operations or coordination roles
Core Skills
Hands-on experience with at least one CRM
Strong scheduling and calendar management
Proficiency in:
Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Clear, professional written English
Nice to Have
Experience creating proposals or sales decks
Exposure to SDR/BDR workflows
Experience in:
B2B SaaS
Marketing agencies
Professional services
Basic reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, pivot tables)
