what this job is about
As a Motion Designer / Video Editor at Seez, you will help shape how our brand moves and communicates across digital touchpoints. You’ll work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality motion assets - from animated explainers and product demos to social media videos and brand storytelling pieces. This is a 3-month contract role ideal for someone who loves blending design, storytelling, and motion to create visual impact.
job key responsibilities

Concept & Storyboarding: Translate creative briefs into storyboards, motion concepts, and animation ideas that align with brand tone and campaign goals.
Motion & Animation: Design and animate 2D/3D graphics, transitions, and sequences for videos, UI animations, and marketing materials.
Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos - incorporating sound, motion graphics, and effects where needed.
Brand Storytelling: Ensure all motion work aligns with Seez’s visual identity and contributes to a cohesive, premium brand experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, and marketers to craft compelling visual narratives for campaigns, product launches, and internal presentations.
Asset Management: Organize, export, and deliver motion and video assets in various formats optimized for digital channels (web, mobile, social).
Iterate & Improve: Apply feedback, refine animations, and explore creative ways to enhance engagement through motion.

what you’ll bring to the party (must haves)

Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, and video editing.
Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Experience creating motion graphics for digital platforms (social, web, app, marketing).
A portfolio demonstrating motion and video work with strong storytelling and design sense.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, Animation, Film, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating your motion and editing skills is more important than formal education.

Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or audio editing.
Familiarity with Figma or design system integration.
Interest in automotive, tech, or e-commerce industries.
Understanding of optimizing video content for social and performance marketing.
