About the role

Day Translations is a global translation and interpreting company. We help improve worldwide communication through accurate, localized translations, interpretation, and outsourcing services, and a wide variety of tailored language solutions for individuals, organizations, and businesses of all sizes.

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong technical marketing skills, a passion for analytics, and the ability to design and execute campaigns that drive B2B lead generation and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a clear, data-driven marketing strategy focused on growth and lead generation.

Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, YouTube, and more.

Drive marketing initiatives that support B2B sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Create and oversee end-to-end campaigns with strong messaging, calls to action, and landing page strategy.

Collaborate with creatives, writers, and designers to deliver assets that convert.

Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on real-time data and results.

Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Guide the creation of high-quality content: website pages, blog posts, whitepapers, video scripts, and more.

Ensure all content speaks clearly to target audiences—especially decision-makers in regulated industries.

Track performance metrics (conversion rates, CPL, CTR, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Pipedrive, and ad platforms to report on results and forecast trends.

Work closely with sales, tech, and leadership teams to align messaging and strategy.

Understand client personas and feedback to inform campaign direction and prioritization.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B and digital-heavy).

Proven success managing campaigns that deliver leads and growth.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, SEO, and paid advertising.

Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or similar.

Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred:
Familiarity with the translation/localization industry.

Experience in healthcare, legal, tech, or other regulated B2B sectors.

Multilingual or global marketing experience.
