Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Build and maintain Figma component libraries used across the platform
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with brands and retailers. Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions.
Lead the evolution of LeafLink’s design system, including components, patterns, and design guidelines
Be extremely user-focused while balancing business and technical constraints
Present work clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Define and document design standards, interaction patterns, and best practices
Partner closely with engineering to ensure design and code parity
Improve product consistency across marketplace, payments, and operational tools
