Aufgaben

Beratung unserer Kund:innen in den Bereichen Enterprise Linux, Hochverfügbarkeits-Cluster, Monitoring und Data Center Automation

Durchführung eigenverantwortlicher Projekte bei unseren Kund:innen (Planung und Umsetzung)

Erstellung technischer Dokumentation

Betreuung von Kund:innen in der Pre-Sales-Phase in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team

Präsentation von Ergebnissen bei Kund:innen sowie auf Konferenzen

Qualifikation

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Linux-Server (RHEL, SLES und Debian) Erfahrung mit Foreman und Katello

Erfahrung mit Konfigurationsmanagement (z.B. Ansible und Puppet)

Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Bash und Python

Grundlegendes Verständnis für Containerisierung (z.B. Docker, podman, kubernetes)

Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und vorzustellen

Sicheres, selbstbewusstes und gleichzeitig freundliches Auftreten

Selbständiges Erkennen anfallender Aufgaben und zuverlässige Bearbeitung

Aktive Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche, bevorzugt mit Kundenkontakt, ist wünschenswert

Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
