The opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members across the business. Some hiring requires deep expertise, exceptional judgment, and influence. This role is for a Talent Acquisition expert who operates at comfort in a hyper growth phase, scale organisation and driving business impact.

What you will do:
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team (Tech, Data, Finance, People & Commercial)

Act as a senior talent advisor to leaders across the organisation

Anticipate talent needs and market risks before they surface

Design advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent

Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles

Influence and evolve hiring standards, processes, and guidelines

Strengthen recruiting operations and processes

Scale the TA function as the company grows.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Germany, preferably in our headquarters in Berlin.

Who you are:
Experience in high-impact talent acquisition strategies

Exceptional sourcing, assessment, and calibration skills

Strong business acumen and comfort working with senior leaders

Ability to influence without authority

A systems mindset: you improve the operating machine, not just your own output

The ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome, in the quickest possible time!

You have a proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates; building rapport throughout and ultimately closing offers!

You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint and a very diverse team.

Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives

Tools affinity, keeping our ATS updated, and maintaining accurate data.
