Wir sind die Codemeta GmbH, eine junge Firma aus Bitburg in der Eifel. Mit unserem neusten Produkt "Codemeta OS" stellen wir eine umfangreiche Plattform für IT-Dienstleister bereit - von Ticketsystem über Projektplanung bis hin zum Dokumentenmanagement.

Da wir noch ein kleines Team sind, sind deine Aufgaben vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Du kannst Einblicke in alle Bereiche von der Kundenbetreuung über die Entwicklung bis zum Betrieb / DevOps gewinnen.

Aufgaben

Du unterstützt in der Weiterentwicklung von Codemeta OS oder in Kundenprojekten. Dabei fühlst du dich wohl im Agent-Driven Development und nutzt mit uns neuste Coding Modelle (Claude Opus 4.8 / ChatGPT 5.5 / GLM2.5) zur Weiterentwicklung der Software.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

Eigenständige Planung und Entwicklung neuer Features

Beheben von Bugs oder Implementation von Kundenfeedback

Unterstützung in der Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten

Technischer Support von Endkunden bei der Nutzung unserer Software

Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Hosting- und DevOps-Infrastruktur

Qualifikation

Auch wenn Coding-Skills aufgrund der Nutzung von Agent-Driven Development an Relevanz verlieren, solltest du auf jeden Fall schonmal eine IDE gesehen haben und die Grundlagen von Git beherrschen. Extrem wichtig ist ein Interesse an UI/UX und ein Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Anwender:innen.
