Role Overview
Join the Energy Practice of a leading Am Law firm as a Renewable Energy M&A Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate has experience with project finance, energy transactions, tax equity financings, or corporate M&A and is excited to advise clients developing, financing, acquiring, and operating renewable energy infrastructure projects.
What You Will Do
Support the development, construction, financing, acquisition, and disposition of renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects. Assist in structuring and negotiating tax equity financings, tax credit transfer transactions, preferred equity investments, joint ventures, and other project-level financing arrangements.

Requirements
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
1–8 years of experience in project finance, energy transactions, tax equity, corporate M&A, or other sophisticated transactional practices
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility for admission
