About the role

Role Overview
Own and scale Gladia's entire revenue engine from single-digit millions to tens of millions in ARR. This is a turnaround-and-scale role, where you'll diagnose what's holding the current team back, fix what's broken, level up, hire what's missing, and personally carry the most strategic deals.
What You Will Do
Own revenue strategy & GTM, enterprise sales, partnerships & ecosystem, customer success & expansion, and forward-deployed engineering. Lead from the front on complex deals, build the playbook and coach the team, and design and stand up the strategy partnership.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll get the independence and pace of a startup, backed by the balance sheet, infrastructure, and distribution reach of a major group. You'll have a head start few revenue leaders are ever handed: distribution through OVHcloud's platform and customer base.
Requirements
10+ years in B2B revenue leadership, with a track record of scaling a company through a comparable ARR band
Personally carried and closed complex enterprise deals
Credible with technical buyers (CTOs, engineering and product leaders)
Experience selling into both private and public sectors
Owned more than sales: customer success and partnerships
Recruited and led teams, ideally internationally
Sharp and highly organized, with operational rigor
Benefits
Health insurance (100% coverage)
Pension contract with SideCare
Flexible vacation policy
Lunch vouchers (approx. 200€/month)
Allowance of 360 euros/year for sports activities
Allowance of 300 euros for workstation
