About the role

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Indirect Lending Business Development Officer to expand and strengthen OCCU's dealer network across California. This is a high-visibility, field-focused position for someone who thrives in dealership environments, especially on the sales side.
What You Will Do
Promote OCCU's Indirect Lending products and services to dealership leaders and staff, build new dealer partnerships, develop outreach plans to grow dealer penetration and loan volume, and maintain strong knowledge of indirect lending regulations and compliance requirements.

Minimum of eight years of in-dealership experience as a F&I Manager/Director, Sales Manager, GSM, or GM, at least three years of indirect lending experience, preferably within a financial institution, and strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
