In This Role
As a Visual Content Curation Strategist, you will drive the strategy, curation, optimization, and performance analysis of customer-facing digital content experiences across a suite of productivity and AI-powered products. This role blends content strategy, visual design evaluation, dataanalytics, experimentation, and stakeholder influence to ensure customers are presented with relevant, engaging, and high-quality content. You will use both quantitative insights and creative judgment to identify what resonates with users, inform content investments, guide experimentation efforts, and deliver recommendations that improve customer engagement, satisfaction, adoption, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Curation
Curate and optimize content collections to ensure customers receive relevant, engaging, and high-performing content.
Evaluate content quality, design effectiveness, relevance, diversity, and overall customer value across multiple content types and experiences.
Identify content gaps, emerging trends, and new opportunities to inform future content investments and curation strategies.
Develop scalable content curation frameworks, quality standards, and evaluation methodologies.
Manage content lifecycle processes, including organization, metadata, publishing workflows, and content maintenance through CMS platforms.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze content performance metrics, customer engagement data, usage trends, and experimentation results to identify drivers of successful customer outcomes.
Transform large and complex datasets into actionable recommendations that influence content strategy and business decision-making.
Define and track KPIs and success metrics for content programs and initiatives.
Surface optimization opportunities using data-driven insights and customer behavior analysis.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate content performance and strategic findings.
Experimentation & Optimization
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, execute, and evaluate content experiments.
Develop testing frameworks and methodologies to measure content effectiveness and customer impact.
Analyze experimental outcomes and translate findings into evidence-based recommendations.
Continuously refine content strategies based on performance data, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Visual Quality & Design Excellence
Apply strong visual and creative judgment to assess content quality, usability, layout composition, storytelling, and customer appeal.
Identify patterns in successful designs, templates, imagery, and creative assets.
Balance creative excellence with measurable performance outcomes when evaluating content effectiveness.
Maintain high standards of quality while supporting diverse content formats, designs, and customer use cases.
Storytelling & Stakeholder Influence
Translate complex data and content insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Develop strategic recommendations backed by quantitative and qualitative evidence.
Influence content priorities, investments, and roadmap decisions through data-driven storytelling.
Build alignment across content, product, design, and business teams around content strategy and performance goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content strategy, content curation, digital merchandising, product strategy, design research, or a related discipline.
1+ years of experience managing large-scale digital content collections, content publishing workflows, metadata, and CMS platforms.
3+ years of experience optimizing customer-facing content experiences through content strategy, curation, experimentation, and performance analysis.
3+ years of experience analyzing content performance metrics, customer engagement data, and reporting insights to drive business decisions.
Demonstrated experience translating data and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, content quality evaluation, customer-centered design, and layout composition.
Experience using dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and influence cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to balance analytical rigor with creative judgment and strategic thinking.

Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $23-$25USD/Hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
