Key responsibilities:
Drafting and revising commercial contracts, policies, and other legal documents
Protecting and registering intellectual property rights
Ensuring legal compliance across various areas, including data protection, marketing, payments, and consumer rights
Providing legal support, research, and consultation on day-to-day operations
Analyzing and mitigating potential legal risks
Working with financial institutions, including account opening, KYC, and compliance procedures
Liaising with law firms and service providers across different jurisdictions
Assisting with potential legal disputes
Required experience:
Master's degree / LLM from a reputable university
5+ years of experience in international or top-tier law firms, or in legal roles at IT companies
Fluent English
Experience working across international jurisdictions
Strong background in contract law and intellectual property rights
Knowledge of corporate and tax structuring is a plus
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset, with willingness to work on a broad range of legal matters and think creatively to solve complex issues
Ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail
Cross-cultural experience is a plus
Positive attitude and a high aptitude for learning new things
