About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to lead and expand Sahara AI’s presence in South Korea. You will be responsible for building, growing, and engaging Sahara AI’s Korea community across AI and blockchain through both online and offline initiatives. This includes developing grassroots programs, organizing meetups and hackathons, and activating developers, researchers, and enthusiasts to join the Sahara ecosystem. You’ll work closely with the global marketing and developer relations teams to localize campaigns, manage regional channels, and foster meaningful connections with partners, influencers, and thought leaders. The ideal candidate is a proactive connector who understands Korea’s AI and Web3 landscape and knows how to translate insight into action to drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Design and run community programs that drive awareness, participation, and retention.

Support in planning and hosting meetups, hackathons, and workshops; manage logistics and partnerships.

Recruit and lead local Ambassadors to promote Sahara AI within their networks.

Build relationships with Web3 KOLs, AI builders, and academic or student communities.

Manage Discord, Telegram, Naver Blog, and other local channels to sustain engagement.

Collaborate with Marketing to localize campaigns, content, and community updates.

Track growth metrics (members, engagement, contributors) and share insights.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and ensure consistent brand presence.

Support press outreach and local media communication.

Qualifications
3+ years in community management, developer relations, or event operations (AI/Web3 preferred).

Strong understanding of Korea’s AI and blockchain ecosystem.

Skilled in social channel management and engagement strategies.

Proven event-planning experience from concept to execution.

Passion for decentralized AI and emerging technologies.

Fluent in Korean and proficient in English.
