PropÃ³sito del puesto

AcompaÃ±ar, fortalecer y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de medio ambiente y desarrollo comunitario y productivo en territorios con condiciones de vulnerabilidad, desde un enfoque sistÃ©mico y regenerativo que integre la protecciÃ³n ambiental con el bienestar de las comunidades.

Responsabilidades principales

Coordinar el ciclo completo de las estrategias apoyadas por la fundaciÃ³n en las Ã¡reas de medio ambiente y desarrollo comunitario/productivo: diseÃ±o, implementaciÃ³n, monitoreo, evaluaciÃ³n y cierre.
AcompaÃ±ar tÃ©cnicamente a organizaciones socias en la elaboraciÃ³n de marcos lÃ³gicos, presupuestos y cronogramas.
Realizar trabajo de campo y visitas territoriales, dialogando con comunidades, organizaciones aliadas y actores locales.
Facilitar procesos de evaluaciÃ³n participativa y sistematizaciÃ³n de aprendizajes.
Documentar experiencias y generar reportes claros para la toma de decisiones institucional.

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Desarrollo Sustentable, Ciencias Ambientales, EcologÃa, GeografÃa, IngenierÃa Ambiental, Desarrollo Comunitario o Ã¡reas afines. Deseable maestrÃa en Sustentabilidad, Desarrollo Rural o Estudios Socioambientales.
Experiencia en organizaciones de la sociedad civil, cooperaciÃ³n o proyectos socioambientales con trabajo directo en campo. INDISPENSABLE
Enfoque regenerativo y de justicia ambiental (no conservacionista), con comprensiÃ³n de la interdependencia entre territorio, comunidad y economÃas locales.
Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia.

Competencias

Sensibilidad intercultural y enfoque de derechos humanos.
Capacidad de traducir diagnÃ³sticos socioambientales en propuestas viables y culturalmente pertinentes.
Habilidad de articulaciÃ³n con OSC, comunidades, academia y autoridades locales.

Condiciones

Rango salarial: hasta $30,000 netos mensuales, segÃºn experiencia y perfil.
