About the role

Für ein langfristiges IT-Service-Projekt suchen wir erfahrene IT-Support Techniker (m/w/d) in Frankfurt am Main.

Aufgaben

Betreuung des Walk-In-Centers (Stand-in / Bring-in-Kiosk) und Bereitstellung von Supportleistungen am Standort

First- und Second-Level-Support für Anwender im Bereich Windows-Client, MS Office und Standardsoftware

Remote-Support für User und Techniker

Endpoint und Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Staging und Image-Laden sowie Managed Deployments

Konferenzraum- und Meetingraum-Support (Audio/Video-Equipment, Verbindungen etc.)

Asset-Clearing und Dokumentation im Asset-Management-System

Koordination von Hardware-Reparaturen mit externen Dienstleistern

Warehousing & Logistik für Versand- und Remote-Standorte

Qualifikation

Erfahrung als Onsite-Techniker oder im Hard- und Software-Support

Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse in Windows-Client-Umgebungen (OnPrem)

Grundlegendes Wissen in Infrastrukturthemen (z. B. Netzwerke, Verkabelung, Patchen)

Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und proaktives Handeln

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb (auch Nacht und Wochenende) und Rufbereitschaft

Führungszeugnis muss zum Projektstart vorgelegt werden und Arbeitserlaubnis muss vorhanden sein

Deutscher/ Europäischer Führerschein wird benötigt
