Chief of Staff – Fast‑Growing Tech Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding international technology company operating at the forefront of modern software infrastructure. As the organization continues to scale globally, were seeking a Chief of Staff who will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and high‑velocity execution across the business.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings clarity to complexity, and consistently turns strategy into action.
Your Role
Strategic Alignment
Translate company vision into clear, actionable plans and measurable outcomes
Lead planning cycles, OKRs, and cross‑functional execution frameworks
Ensure teams remain aligned, accountable, and focused on high‑leverage priorities
CEO Enablement
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, enabling focus on the most critical initiatives
Prepare context, synthesize information, and support high‑stakes decision‑making
Represent the CEO in internal and external conversations when required
High‑Impact Initiatives
Own mission‑critical projects that span product, engineering, operations, and GTM
Conduct research, analysis, and operational deep dives to support strategic decisions
Build and refine processes that increase organizational efficiency and throughput
Operational Excellence
Identify operational gaps and implement scalable systems across the company
Improve hiring processes, onboarding, communication rhythms, and cross‑team transparency
Track key metrics and deliver insights that drive informed, timely action
External Communications
Support the creation of investor materials, board updates, and strategic briefs
Assist in managing relationships across the broader technology ecosystem
Ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across all external touchpoints
What You Bring
4–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or startup leadership
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a bias toward action
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complexity
High degree of ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in fast‑moving environments
Ability to work across technical domains such as AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or data platforms
Proven track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes
Bonus Points
Experience as a founder or early‑stage operator
Background in devtools, infrastructure, or open‑source ecosystems
Exposure to GTM strategy, product decision‑making, or technical program management
