Financial Analyst Corporate Finance (m/w/d) – Vollzeit | München | Homeoffice-Möglichkeit

Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Financial Analyst Corporate Finance (m/w/d)“.

Aufgaben

Sie erstellen Businesspläne sowie Unternehmensplanungen und entwickeln wirtschaftliche Konzepte für neue Geschäftsfelder

Als Ansprechpartner analysieren Sie Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Branchenentwicklungen und leiten fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab

Darüber hinaus führen Sie Unternehmensbewertungen durch und entwickeln passgenaue Finanzierungs- und Investitionskonzepte

Sie begleiten Kauf- und Verkaufsprozesse, bereiten Entscheidungsunterlagen vor und unterstützen bei Verhandlungen

Zusätzlich entwickeln und optimieren Sie Planungstools und wirken an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Corporate-Finance-Umfeld mit

Qualifikation

Grundlage bildet ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Corporate Finance, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Zudem bringen Sie einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Corporate Finance Manager (m/w/d), Financial Analyst (m/w/d), Controller (m/w/d) oder Unternehmensberater (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Unternehmensbewertung oder M&A mit

Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Unternehmensbewertung, Finanzplanung, Businessplanung und Corporate Finance

Zusätzlich sind sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, erforderlich

Wichtig sind eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
