About the role

Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's ERP, CRM, and AI-powered pricing ingestion systems. This role is responsible for administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and Dynamics 365 Sales, while providing general IT support and maintaining other critical business systems. The ideal candidate has strong system administration experience, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to support business operations through effective system management and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ERP, CRM, and AI-powered pricing ingestion systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Customer Service, to align with organizational requirements and workflows.

Set up new companies within the systems, ensuring accurate configuration and customization based on business requirements.

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across business systems.

Develop and maintain business process flows within the systems to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Administer, monitor, and enhance the AI-powered pricing ingestion system to ensure accurate email processing and data entry.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the AI-powered pricing ingestion system, collaborating with AI specialists and developers when necessary.

Perform routine audits of the AI-powered pricing ingestion system to verify data accuracy and compliance with pricing agreements and guidelines.

Monitor system performance, system health, logs, and activity to proactively identify and resolve issues and respond to security concerns.

Install, configure, and upgrade system software and related modules, including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and spam filtering software.

Monitor system backups and assist in implementing disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime.

Enforce security measures to protect sensitive information across business systems.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and implement system enhancements, process improvements, and integrations.

Develop, test, and support system changes, enhancements, and integrations to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting system-related issues, general IT concerns, and day-to-day system maintenance.

Conduct user training sessions to promote effective system utilization following updates and enhancements.

Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.

Gather user feedback to continuously improve system usability and user experience.

Integrate ERP, CRM, and AI-powered pricing ingestion systems with other business applications to streamline data flow.

Manage data imports and exports across systems while ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

Develop and maintain data interfaces, conversion tools, and integration workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and availability across business systems.

Manage core records, including items, customers, and other relevant master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization.

Stay up to date with Alcohol duty taxes and ad valorem tax regulations to support compliance within the alcohol trading business.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, preferably supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Experience administering ERP, CRM, and AI-powered business systems, with the ability to adapt to new systems as they are implemented.

Experience providing general IT support and maintaining systems such as Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, spam filtering software, and related technologies.

Strong knowledge of system administration and maintenance.

Experience working with Microsoft Partners on system development, customization, and testing.

Proficiency in configuring and managing core records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Familiarity with business process flows and workflow optimization within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Understanding of Alcohol duty taxes and ad valorem taxes.

Understanding of Australian Border Force requirements for moving alcohol into and out of Australia.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with system advancements and industry trends.
