About the role

We are seeking a contract Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across our authorized partner training portfolio — including programs from vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, and Cisco. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio & Partner Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of partner relationship management, portfolio marketing, and regional demand generation. You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partner- side program managers within these authorized training ecosystems, ensuring that our go-to-market activities are aligned to partner requirements, brand standards, and program guidelines. At the same time, you will work closely with Regional Marketing Leaders and Sales teams to translate partner program investments — including Market Development Funds (MDF) — into pipeline-generating campaigns with measurable closed-won impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partner-side program managers within our authorized training partner ecosystems, including vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, and Cisco

Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner marketing, channel, and program teams to ensure alignment on GTM requirements, promotional guidelines, co-branding standards, and content compliance

Stay current on partner program changes, certification roadmap updates, and training requirement shifts — proactively communicating relevant changes to internal stakeholders across marketing and sales

Represent us in partner marketing forums, business reviews, and

joint planning sessions, positioning the organization as a preferred and high- performing authorized training partner

Identify new co-marketing opportunities within existing partner relationships and advocate for our inclusion in partner-led demand programs, events, and content initiatives

Portfolio Marketing Strategy

Develop and maintain partner-aligned marketing plans for each major training portfolio (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco), translating vendor program priorities and certification roadmaps into audience-relevant messaging and campaign themes

Partner closely with the Director of Portfolio & Partner Marketing to ensure partner marketing plans are integrated into the broader portfolio strategy and support overall revenue goals

Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content assets for partner-branded training offerings

Coordinate with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure partner portfolio content — including landing pages, course descriptions, promotional copy, and enablement materials — accurately reflects current program offerings and partner brand guidelines

Ensure messaging consistency and compliance across all partner-facing and partner-co-branded marketing materials, subject to partner review and approval where required

Regional Demand Generation Coordination

Work in close coordination with Regional Marketing Leaders across NAM, EMEA, and MEA to develop and localize demand generation programs that drive enrollment in partner-certified training courses

Brief regional marketing teams on partner portfolio priorities, available MDF programs, and co-marketing assets — ensuring regional plans reflect both local market needs and partner program requirements

Collaborate with Campaign Ops on campaign architecture, tracking, and reporting for partner-specific programs, ensuring consistent measurement and attribution across regions

Support the Digital Marketing Manager and regional teams in identifying paid media, webinar, and event opportunities that can be funded through or aligned to partner MDF programs

Monitor regional pipeline performance against partner portfolio targets, identifying gaps and working with regional sales and marketing leaders to adjust tactics accordingly

MDF Program Management

Own the end-to-end management of Market Development Fund (MDF) programs across all active partner relationships, including fund requests, activity proposals, execution coordination, and claims submission

Develop joint marketing plans and MDF proposals in alignment with partner program requirements, our business priorities, and regional sales input — ensuring funds are allocated to highest-impact demand-gen activities

Coordinate with Regional Marketing Leaders, Campaign Ops, and Sales to execute MDF-funded programs on time and within partner-defined parameters

Track MDF utilization, program performance, and ROI across all partner programs — maintaining accurate records and delivering reporting to both internal leadership and partner stakeholders

Proactively identify opportunities to maximize MDF allocations and negotiate expanded program investments based on demonstrated performance and partner relationship strength

Sales & Marketing Alignment

Partner with regional Sales leaders and Account Executives to ensure partner portfolio priorities are reflected in account-level outreach, pipeline activity, and customer conversations

Develop sales enablement materials specific to partner training portfolios, including talk tracks, competitive positioning, program overviews, and objection handling guides

Participate in regular sales and marketing syncs to surface partner program updates, share campaign performance data, and align on pipeline priorities across regions

Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager to identify re-engagement and upsell opportunities within existing accounts holding partner-aligned training agreements or prepay balances

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing — preferably within the technology training, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem

Demonstrated experience managing co-marketing programs and MDF relationships with major technology vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, or comparable partners

Strong understanding of authorized training partner program structures, certification ecosystems, and vendor GTM requirements

Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with external partner stakeholders while simultaneously managing internal cross-functional coordination

Experience working with regional marketing teams across multiple geographies, with an appreciation for localization nuance and market-specific demand dynamics

Solid grasp of demand generation principles, campaign planning, and pipeline measurement — with the ability to connect partner investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner programs and regional workstreams simultaneously

Strong written communication skills with experience developing co-branded content, program briefs, and executive-level reporting

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and comfort working within structured reporting environments

Experience in a B2B training, professional development, or certification-focused business is a strong plus
