Adapt to evolving data environments, recognizing when historical logic or assumptions are no longer valid;
Work with various reporting and analysis tools to support dashboards and data deliverables;
Contribute to reporting workflows, including spreadsheet-based analysis and lightweight dashboard solutions;
Manage multiple requests in parallel, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines;
Build understanding of business processes and data flows to continuously improve data quality and efficiency;

Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data validation, and reporting;
Experience working with reporting or dashboarding tools;

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to independently validate data and assess the correctness of outputs;
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
