Partner with leadership to operationalize evolving partner program structures, policies and requirements
Ensure systems, processes, and reporting scale to support future program enhancements

Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portals
Expert in quote and renewal processing
Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation, process design, and optimization
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working in ambiguity with aggressive timelines
Nice to have:
Experience supporting channel / partner ecosystems at scale
Familiarity with deal registration, renewal management, and partner lifecycle workflows
