En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Director / Partner de Transformación / Arquitecto Empresarial para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.
Serás la pieza clave en la dirección ejecutiva y el sponsor management de iniciativas tecnológicas estratégicas. En este rol (modalidad Remoto - LATAM), liderarás la visión transformacional, asegurando el alineamiento entre la arquitectura empresarial y los objetivos de negocio de alto nivel.
Tus principales desafíos:
Dirigir la estrategia ejecutiva y el sponsor management, garantizando la viabilidad y el éxito de los programas de transformación.

Orquestar el gobierno tecnológico y los procesos de arquitectura empresarial para maximizar el valor del negocio.

Liderar la toma de decisiones críticas y el escalamiento ejecutivo ante C-Levels y Juntas Directivas.

Diseñar soluciones de alto nivel que resuelvan problemas complejos de arquitectura y procesos a gran escala.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):
10+ años de experiencia comprobable liderando iniciativas de transformación empresarial, gobierno TI, procesos o arquitectura empresarial.

Sólida experiencia interactuando, reportando y negociando con C-Level y Juntas Directivas.

Fuerte capacidad de escalamiento ejecutivo y toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Power Skills:
Comunicación Asertiva: Capacidad para transmitir ideas complejas de forma clara y persuasiva a los niveles más altos de la organización.

Proactividad y Autonomía: Liderazgo innato para tomar las riendas de la estrategia sin necesidad de micro-gestión.

Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Flexibilidad para pivotar estrategias en entornos de transformación digital altamente dinámicos.
