Job Description: Architectural Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with expertise in House design principles and advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and technical standards. This role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and concepts aligned with House design principles.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and renderings in Revit and SketchUp to visualize design intent.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to refine and implement design solutions.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Conduct site visits to gather data and verify design accuracy.
Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, including renderings and design boards.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Honne design principles and their application in architectural projects.
Proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and construction documentation.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD for drafting and technical drawings.
Expertise in SketchUp for conceptual design and visualization.
Familiarity with sustainable design practices and modern building materials.
