About the role

Job Description

We are looking for an Intern (6-8 weeks) and a Working Student in Finance for at least 6 months. Depending on your background, you'll support our day-to-day Finance operations and help us build AI-powered tools for Finance processes.

What you will do:

Preparatory bookkeeping: document capture, account coding, and invoice verification (accounts payable & receivable)

Account reconciliations and travel expense reporting

Support for monthly and annual closing processes

Process documentation and support for our ERP implementation, data migration, and master data maintenance

Budget planning and forecasting, target/actual comparisons, KPI reporting, liquidity and cost management, and ad-hoc analyses

Testing and evaluating AI tools for Finance use cases

Developing new Finance processes and tools using AI — e.g. reporting dashboards or budget planning tools

Integrating AI models with Finance data; data preparation and visualisation
