About the role

Project Overview
The project focuses on data collection and usability testing for medical consumer devices, including blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and weight scales.
Participants will interact with the devices by following predefined scenarios to support structured image data collection in line with project guidelines. All instructions and protocols will be provided to ensure consistency and quality.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for this project. This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and comfortable handling coordination tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate local participants involved in the project
Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants
Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation
Support device logistics and procurement when required
Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities
Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation

Requirements
Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed
