En Siigo estamos buscando un Asesor de Perfilamiento para sumarse a nuestro equipo y llevar la innovaciÃ³n al siguiente nivel. Si te apasiona los retos, este es el lugar donde puedes marcar la diferencia.

Tus Retos

Creas seguimientos en (Leads).
Realizas llamadas a los prospectos que llegan desde mercadeo y como leads automÃ¡ticos.
Perfilas los leads que llegan por llamada entrante o lead automÃ¡tico y transferes al asesor comercial correspondiente.
Corriges seguimientos mal tipificados en Siigo y en los formularios externos.
Transfieres llamadas a diferentes Ã¡reas segÃºn las necesidades de los clientes y/o prospectos.

Â¿QuÃ© necesitamos de ti?

Tienes estudios mÃnimo bachiller culminado.
Tienes Experiencia mÃnimo 6 meses en Servicio al cliente Call Center.
Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas ofimÃ¡ticas.
Disponibilidad de horario.
Excelente conexiÃ³n a internet.
