We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Project Manager (Senior Consultant to Senior Manager level) to lead an ongoing international implementation project. The role focuses on deploying SAP E-Invoicing solutions across multiple jurisdictions, starting with a deployment in Germany followed by further international phases.

Your tasks
•Lead and support the ongoing implementation of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) for international deployments
•Implement and configure SAP DRC Cloud solutions specifically for e-Invoicing and e-Reporting modules
•Manage and execute the configuration of multiple foreign VAT registrations within SAP DRC to meet specific local compliance requirements
•Troubleshoot and triage complex implementation issues, including configuration, data, and integration-related challenges
•Identify and address functional process gaps to drive issue resolution through to final deployment
•Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success
•Oversee the integration of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) invoices within the SAP ecosystem, including SAP Ariba integration
•Coordinate and support consecutive SAP DRC deployments across various regions, including Europe and the Middle East
Must have competences
•Hands-on SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) implementation experience
•Experience implementing and configuring SAP DRC Cloud for both e-Invoicing and e-Reporting
•Strong understanding of SAP DRC configuration, testing, and deployment activities
•Proven expertise in troubleshooting and triaging implementation issues related to configuration, data, and functional process gaps
•Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to drive issue resolution through deployment
•Experience configuring and implementing multiple foreign VAT registrations within SAP DRC to meet local compliance requirements
•Senior professional level qualification (Senior Consultant, Manager, or Senior Manager)
Nice to have competences
•Experience with sending Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices through SAP DRC
•Experience with receiving Accounts Payable (AP) invoices via SAP Ariba
•Knowledge of the technical integration between SAP DRC and SAP Ariba
