b2venture's Fund Team is looking for a Visiting Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team as an Intern as of February 2027 for 4-6 months.

Tasks

This role combines hands-on venture capital experience with the opportunity to shape how automation and AI are embedded across our investment processes. You will work closely with the Investment Team to identify day-to-day challenges and turn them into practical, scalable solutions.

Venture Capital & Investment Activities

Active deal sourcing and screening of new investment opportunities, presentation to the team

Preparation of industry research in order to form new investment hypotheses

Support of our team in the investment process (business identification, evaluation and due diligence activities)

Workflow Automation & AI

Identify inefficiencies in day-to-day investment workflows, define new automation opportunities, and move quickly from idea to working solution.

Build end-to-end automations and AI-enabled workflows that reduce repetitive work and make investment processes faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Requirements

You have completed at least your fourth semester of studies in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or business/economics with a strong technical or quantitative focus, and achieved outstanding academic results

You understand LLMs and prompt engineering, follow developments in AI closely, and actively experiment with new tools and workflows on your own

You have hands-on experience building workflows with no-code platforms and ideally can write your own scripts when those tools reach their limits

Passion for entrepreneurship and solid understanding of digital business models

You are team-oriented, motivated, committed, proactive and capable to work independently

Fluent spoken and written German and English
