We're looking for a Marketing Working Student (m/f/d) who is excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing international startup. More important than your experience is your attitude: we value people who are proactive, open-minded, fast thinkers, and hungry to learn.

Tasks

⚽What You'll Do:

Support our marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across different channels

Help create engaging content for social media, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives

Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover opportunities and insights

Assist with presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders

Contribute ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives

Support cross-functional projects with teams across marketing, product, business development, and operations

Take ownership of smaller projects and help bring them from idea to execution

Requirements

🧰What You Bring:

You are currently enrolled in a marketing related university program

You are curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a startup environment

You are creative and enjoy thinking outside the box

You are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do

You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people

You are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

You are fluent in English and German; Portuguese is a plus

You have an interest in sports, technology, marketing, and startups
