About the role

We are hiring a high-level Graphic Designer with a strong focus on AI-driven creative workflows. This is not a traditional execution-only design role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, direct AI tools effectively, and produce polished, high-end creative across multiple surfaces. A significant portion of this role involves prompt engineering, AI asset generation, and refinement into production-ready designs using professional tools.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
You will be responsible for creating a wide range of internal creative assets, including:
Ad creatives (primarily performance-focused)
High-fidelity website assets
Branding elements
Product imagery
Work will vary day-to-day. Some days may be focused on ad creative development, while others may involve website graphics or brand asset creation.
This is a fully internal role with no client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality visual concepts using AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, and others)
Apply prompt engineering techniques to control output quality, style, and consistency
Design creatives that align with a clean, modern biotech aesthetic
Contribute to both creative direction and execution
Collaborate internally to iterate on concepts and improve output quality
Stay current with emerging AI tools and continuously improve workflows
Refine and elevate AI-generated assets using:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
Requirements
Strong experience with:
Adobe Suite
Figma
Gemini
Claude
Demonstrated experience using AI tools for design workflows (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Strong prompt engineering ability (not just basic usage)
Solid understanding of:
Layout and composition
Typography
Visual hierarchy
Ability to take rough/generated assets and bring them to a high-end, production-ready standard
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
We are specifically looking for someone who can:
Leverage AI as a tool, not a crutch
Control output quality through prompting and refinement
Deliver clean, modern, high-trust creative aligned with a biotech aesthetic
