Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivatedTechnical Recruiterto join our HR team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our Product development and growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional intelligence, a keen eye for talent, and a strong understanding of the technology industry.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, intelligence, and cultural fit.
Interviewcandidatesthrough phonecalls orvideo.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
Generate reports and provide insights to improve the recruitment process continually.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively, providing feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
ProfileProven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and software development.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
