Aufgaben

Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Employee Central

Verwaltung von Schnittstellen (CPI, BTP) und Systemintegrationen

Umsetzung von Anbindungen zwischen SAP- und Non-SAP-Systemen

Third-Level-Support und Fehleranalyse

Überwachung regulatorischer Anforderungen (DORA, VAIT)

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar

Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von SAP SuccessFactors

Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement und Software-Implementierungen

Integrationsarchitektur-Know-how

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch auf C1-Niveau

Kommunikations-, Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Affinität zu agilen Methoden
