Manager, Sales Administration (Remote)
Full time, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands
 
In this role, you will act as a reliable point of support for day-to-day needs for the Global Program Optimization (GPO) team, enabling the team to operate efficiently and deliver strong client outcomes. You will ensure effective retention lifecycle application and measurement through review and reporting on sales pipeline activities.
 
As a Manager, Sales Administration, you will

Act as primary point of contact for GPO team members for day-to-day activity, such as RFP/bid avoidance support, ad hoc reporting, presentations, data entry and CRM support/guidance

Manage GPO inbox within Outlook: respond to or assign, lead and manage any incoming retention enquiries, archive resolved emails

Utilize company provided CRM to document and support all sales activities

Deliver reporting to requested parameters and frequency for senior leadership

Assist in opening and managing corporate travel opportunities (CTOs) within the CRM, including opening/closing and updating records such as country-by-country details, volumes etc.. Ensure accuracy and alignment with client agreement records

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the BCD Travel organization

 
About you

Proven success in an administrative, coordination, or business support role, including the use of CRM platforms and business applications

Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate environment with multiple stakeholders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Travel industry experience or experience in a related service-oriented industry is preferred

Additional language skills are an assetAbility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

Spain: 43,000 - 45,500 EUR

France: 53,000 - 56,000 EUR

Germany: 60,000 - 69,000 EUR

Netherlands: 43,000 - 66,000 EUR

 
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
