About the role

About this Role
We're looking for a Creative Brand Lead to drive the execution of creative projects across multiple e-commerce brands. You'll work closely with Creative, Brand, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and external production partners to ensure every asset—from packaging and product artwork to marketing creatives and campaign collateral—is delivered on time, on brand, and production-ready.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many projects you oversee—it's measured by how consistently creative work moves from idea to execution with exceptional quality, seamless collaboration, and operational excellence.
You could be a great fit if...
You naturally bring structure to creative projects without slowing down the creative process.

You understand how branding, packaging, marketing, and production work together to build exceptional consumer brands.

You enjoy managing multiple creative workstreams while keeping teams aligned and deadlines on track.

You're highly organised and love building systems, trackers, workflows, and documentation that improve execution.

You proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving before problems become delays.

You can translate creative direction into clear production plans and supplier-ready deliverables.

You communicate confidently with designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

You enjoy improving creative operations instead of simply maintaining existing processes.

You're excited about working in an AI-first company and contributing ideas that improve creative workflows through automation.

What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end execution of creative projects across multiple brands, from briefing through production and final delivery.

Coordinate work across Brand, Creative, Product, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers.

Translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork, packaging specifications, and supplier documentation.

Build and maintain project trackers, creative asset libraries, production documentation, and workflow systems.

Manage relationships with printers, packaging vendors, photographers, manufacturers, and other creative production partners.

Conduct quality reviews to ensure creative assets meet Valerie's brand standards before production.

Negotiate timelines and coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.

Improve creative operations by introducing better processes, documentation, and project management systems.

Collaborate with the Product team to contribute ideas, prompts, and workflows that enhance Valerie's AI-powered creative platform.

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in creative project management, brand operations, design coordination, or creative production.

Experience managing creative projects across branding, packaging, marketing, digital assets, or product launches.

Experience working with creative suppliers such as printers, packaging manufacturers, photographers, or production agencies.

Strong understanding of creative production processes for both print and digital assets.

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop), or Canva.

Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or similar tools.

Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across creative and operational teams.

Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously.

Bonus Points
Experience working with DTC, ecommerce, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Experience managing packaging design and production workflows.

Experience creating creative SOPs, asset management systems, or operational playbooks.

Experience working with founder-led or high-growth startup environments.

Familiarity with AI tools, creative automation, or prompt engineering.

Strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and overall visual consistency.

You probably shouldn't apply if...
You prefer focusing only on design rather than driving projects from concept to production.

You struggle to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities at the same time.

You see project management as simply chasing updates instead of removing blockers and improving execution.

You're uncomfortable working with suppliers, manufacturers, or external production partners.

You prefer highly structured environments where priorities rarely change.

You rely on others to identify problems instead of proactively finding solutions.

You aren't comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
