The Role
The Facilities Manager plays a key role in new center development and ongoing facility operations across Local Infusion's national portfolio. This role collaborates across various regions and manages utility setup, partners with cross-functional teams on facility-related projects, and helps coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs for existing locations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate utility setup, payments, and reporting following the execution of new leases.

Partner with local market teams to support timely, successful center openings, including resolving punch list items and maintaining consistency in quality standards.

Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with technicians, vendors, contractors, and field teams; track and report on work orders, communicating progress to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Coordination, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience. (suggested)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities coordination, project coordination, or a similar operations support role.

Facilities operations strategy across multi-site, multi-market portfolios.

Escalation judgment — knowing what to solve vs. what to elevate.

Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to delegate/track without doing every task personally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and facilities/work-order management software.

Ability to work remotely with limited travel for site visits.
