About the role

Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company in the Patient Care space, with a strong presence in the Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) niche, is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to fill an immediate full-time remote Creative Designer (DTC, Direct-to-Consumer) opening.
As the Creative Designer (DTC), you will execute DTC creatives (video editing & graphic design) for ads, web, email, and organic content by translating clear creative direction into fast, consistent, and high-quality outputs. You will contribute to the growth of the company's DTC channel by creating and iterating new creatives based on feedback, while keeping all assets organized and properly stored.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute DTC Ad Creatives for Meta Ads
Edit UGC videos and branded videos following provided scripts, references, and direction, ensuring creatives are clear, visually engaging, and aligned with DTC ad formats and standards.
Create static creatives following provided scripts, references, and direction, ensuring creatives are clear, visually engaging, and aligned with DTC ad formats and standards.
Create and iterate on variations of top-performing creatives based on DTC Lead feedback and performance insights.
Execute Web and Funnel Creative Assets
Design visuals for website pages and landing pages (images, banners, sections, etc.), ensuring designs are clean, clear, and aligned with brand and conversion goals.
Execute Email Creative Design
Design and update email creatives in Figma (or similar platform) for email flows and campaigns based on provided copy and direction, ensuring clear structure, strong visual quality, and alignment with brand and campaign needs.
Execute Organic Content Editing for Instagram
Edit and prepare video and photo content for Instagram (posts, reels, and stories), ensuring clear structure, strong pacing, and a clean, professional, and consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain Creative Asset Organization & Hygiene
Maintain all creative assets organized, properly named, and stored within the defined folder structure, ensuring easy access, version control, and complete, ready-to-use deliverables.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience creating video and image creatives for ads, social media, or e-commerce, with a basic understanding of Meta Ads (hooks, pacing, clarity).
1–3 years of experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar, including AI tools for image and video creation.
1+ years of experience following creative direction and brand guidelines and translating them into clear and consistent designs.
1+ years of experience creating ads, UGC videos, or social content, or a portfolio showcasing real client or brand work, with an emphasis on clear and effective creatives rather than polished perfection.
