Aktuell suchen wir einen Spezialisten Netzwerk & Firewall (all gender), der unser dynamisches Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Implementierung und Verwaltung von Netzwerksicherheitslösungen, um den Schutz unserer Kundeninfrastrukturen zu gewährleisten. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Beratern zusammen, um individuelle Sicherheitsstrategien zu entwickeln und kontinuierlich zu optimieren. Aufgaben
Administration and operation of enterprise firewall environments across global cloud, data center, and branch locations
Planning, coordination, and execution of firewall rollouts, migrations, and lifecycle activities
Ensuring compliance with defined SLAs, including response and resolution times during ticket handling
Creation, implementation, and documentation of changes within the scope of the firewall service
Development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and security documentation
Configuration and implementation of firewall rules, NAT policies, and routing adjustments
Regular review of existing firewall rule sets and execution of policy clean-ups to ensure security and performance best practices
Support in troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity and security-related incidents
Collaboration with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure stable and secure network operations
Qualifikation
Proven experience in administering enterprise firewall environments, ideally with Palo Alto Networks firewalls
Strong networking knowledge, particularly in Internet technologies, routing protocols, IPv4, and IPv6
Solid understanding of IT security principles, network security architectures, and best practices
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes is an advantage
Structured, service-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality and reliability
Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders in a professional environment
Fluent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
